Begin with a consultation and private one-on-one session:
- Discussion of your health history, goals and exercise history
- Development of an individualized program tailored to your needs
- Individual low-intensity session
Continue with group sessions:
- Two guided sessions per week with a maximum of four clients per group
- Maximize safety and effectiveness by using research-based training methods
- Ongoing motivation and program modifications are provided to help you reach your goals
