Begin with a consultation and private one-on-one session:

  • Discussion of your health history, goals and exercise history
  • Development of an individualized program tailored to your needs
  • Individual low-intensity session

Continue with group sessions:

  • Two guided sessions per week with a maximum of four clients per group
  • Maximize safety and effectiveness by using research-based training methods
  • Ongoing motivation and program modifications are provided to help you reach your goals
Consider joining our separate weight control group which meets once per week.
